This Return and Refund Policy governs the procedures for returns and refunds on products purchased through Aobazar. It applies to transactions between Manufacturers and Retailers facilitated by our Platform.

2. Eligibility for Returns

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If a product is defective, damaged, or not as described in the listing, Retailers may be eligible for a return or refund.
  • Non-Compliance: If the delivered product does not comply with the agreed-upon specifications, Retailers may request a return or refund.

3. Return Process

  • Notification: Retailers must notify the Platform and the respective Manufacturer of the issue within [X] days of receipt of the product.
  • Evidence: The notification should include relevant details and supporting evidence (e.g., photographs, order details).
  • Approval: Upon verification, the Manufacturer and Aobazar will provide instructions for returning the product.

4. Conditions for Return

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging and condition, unless the issue is due to a manufacturing defect.
  • Any return shipping costs and procedures will be handled as per the terms agreed between the Manufacturer and Retailer or as directed by the Platform.

5. Refund Process

  • Assessment: Upon receiving the returned product, the Manufacturer (in coordination with the Platform) will assess the product’s condition.
  • Refund Approval: If the return is approved, a refund will be processed using the original payment method within [X] business days.
  • Partial Refunds: In cases where only part of the order is defective or non-compliant, a partial refund may be issued.

6. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes related to returns or refunds should be raised in writing to Aobazar.
